Ryan Siever, B.Sc., CPA, CA
Ryan graduated from Dickinson State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science, specializing in Accounting. After articling for 3 years in Calgary at BDO Dunwoody to obtain his Chartered Accounting designation, Ryan moved back to Estevan in September 2007, with his wife and son and started working at Siever, Vermeersch & Fonstad right away. He became a partner with the firm in November 2007.
Ryan spends time volunteering in the community, coaching travel baseball and sitting on the board of Estevan Minor Baseball since 2010, including a 2 year term as President in 2017 & 2018. Ryan is also an active member in the Rotary Club of Estevan, becoming a Rotarian in March 2010, joining the board and serving as Treasurer from 2010 until 2016. He became President-Elect in 2017 and served as President for the 2018 year. You’ll find him cooking steaks at the annual Rotary Lobsterfest held in June each year. Ryan and his wife enjoy watching their kids partake in many various activities and planning for the next family baseball road trip, wherever that may be.
Donna Fonstad, CPA, CGA
Donna received her Diploma in Accounting through SIAST Palliser in June of 1995, and has been employed with the firm since February of 1996. In the fall of 1998 Donna decided to further her education and pursue a career in accounting. She received her Certified General Accountant designation in August of 2003, at which time she became a partner in the firm of Siever, Fonstad & Erdman.
Outside of work Donna enjoys being busy with her two children, and is an active community volunteer.
Michelle Erdman, BBA, CPA
Michelle was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. She is an alumnus of Campbell Collegiate (2009) and the University of Regina (2013), completing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting. While attending university Michelle was involved with many activities including JDC West, teaching assistant and various intramural sports. Michelle started working for the firm in 2013 during which time she received her Chartered Professional Accounting designation (2016) and became partner at Siever, Fonstad & Erdman in 2018. Michelle’s current areas of special interest include tax preparation and planning for individuals, trust and corporations as well as financial statement preparation. Michelle currently resides in Estevan with her family. In her spare time Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors with friends/family, playing sports and getting involved in the community.
